Overview
Due to the nature of our products, all returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If the item you received is defective, we will be happy to replace the defective product. For all returns, you (the customer) will be responsible for covering the full delivery fee (typically of $10) for the replacement.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. This can include a gift receipt, if you received a product from us as a gift. We may also require images or video for proof of defective product.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
